It has been 108 days since the killing of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Saint Louis. The governor has declared a State of Emergency, after the failure to indict the police officer in question, but the real State of Emergency is our nation’s systemic inequality, racism, and police violence. The people of St. Louis are calling on us to make that State of Emergency felt nationwide.
Join us in a peaceful vigil tonight, Tuesday, November 25th from 6:30–7:30pm at Castro and El Camino. Bring a sign with Michael’s name on it &/or candle. Come with friends and spread the word!
